About Me

My name is Aidan, and I’m a studio photographer based in LA.

I shoot stylized portraits, fine art photographs, and . I specialize in gritty, high contrast black-and-white images like those in my portfolio, as well as creative Polaroid portraits. All of my work is shot on various types of film, which I develop, scan, and edit at my studio.

I work out of a large studio space in downtown LA. I’m on Model Mayhem specifically to find models/subjects for creative, conceptual images - such as fine art images, album covers, and conceptual portraits.
If you’re interested in shooting anything like this together, let me know! I’d love to work with you. These passion projects are TFP, but they always are creative, fun, and produce unique and stylized images.

I shoot with the mindset that photography should be fun, creative, comfortable and safe. It is all about the joy running with an idea and creating a piece of art together. To that end, I always discuss the vision for the shoot in advance, so that we are on the same page when it comes to ideas, time, wardrobe, etc.

Hey, I'm interested to come to America in future but at the moment while traveling is still difficult, I am offering remote shoots in Melbourne until March 4th. I'm currently working with other photographers to do remote/virtual shoots but I hope in future to get my own gear & do more on location remote shoots. I have a city central apartment with a rooftop balcony, large natural light windows, a range of backdrops & can use the buildings facilities of a gym, spa, pool & sauna as well as the indoor concreate fire escape. My rates for remote shoots are less than what I charge for in person shoots. Let me know how many hours you would like me to quote you for & if you like to pay by PayPal or a bank transfer to my UK bank or AUS bank. We would tether the camera to the laptop & screen share so you can control the settings/shots. We can chat over FaceTime or WhatsApp during the shoot.
