I am an artist who was originally trained in drawing, painting, and sculpture who has more recently started working in digital art for print based upon original photographs that I have taken. My current work includes a lot of wildlife and nature images, a series of nightlife images, portraits, and a figurative series using live models. My creative sensibilities are still firmly rooted in my painting background, so my digital art images are essentially painting with pixels. However I do occasionally produce enhanced photographs as well.

I have joined MM to expand my pool of models from just relying on a few generous friends, and to be able to search for particular body shades/shapes and collaborative opportunities with creative models. Any photos taken become part of my stock photos for creating new digital images, and they are often manipulated in a way that renders the model unrecognizable except in a generic way. The finished images are primarily about my art, not about the model as an individual, but the model always influences the direction of the image development process. For this reason I am only interested in paying for photo sessions.
