Late street photog Garry Winogrand was quoted saying "I photograph to find out what something will look like photographed." I think that sums up some of the drive behind fans of photography. We are curious what the world looks like through the lens of a camera! And I think, to add to that curiosity, we are also curious what others think of camera's perspective. Photogs, such as Vivian Maier, seem to remind us, through her work, we should recognize the immense curiosity that will spring forth from future generations. So, in a sense, until a time machine is invented, the camera may be the best time machine we've got. I am trying my best to operate this time machine. Passing forth an authentic view for all to see. Please join me in this incredible adventure!

About myself: I started snapping away in 2007 and has continued ever since. My first love was shooting events, volunteering to photograph social events associated with the university in Toronto. I did some travel photography from then on, whenever I had the good fortune to visit a new place. I tried to participate in online forums and get all nerdy about the hardware but no matter what I tried, there's always more to learn.

In the end, my final destination with my photography love rest not with gadgets, but what happens in front of the camera, and that's what I am focusing on now. I am interested in great backdrops that tell a story. I am interested in capturing the culture, ideas, fashion, and authentic faces of today. I am just as interested in interviewing someone for two hours as I am into taking that photo of their environment and themselves--much as the photog behind Humans of New York aspired to (he has done thousands of interviews, and it shows).

I am an animal lover and I haven't found a flower I didn't like to photograph.
