Hello! My name is Mel and I'm a nationally-traveling performer and model based in Nashville, TN. I have a background in theatre and dance, and am actively teaching and performing pole dance and burlesque. I regularly model for figure drawing and painting classes. One of my strengths is body awareness in that I require little to no direction from behind the camera, which makes me an ideal model for budding photographers.

I look forward to working with other creatives. My preferred shoot style is non-conventional/experimental. I try to steer away from the mundane. I also have a standard when choosing photographers to work with. If your portfolio is mostly women of the same body type doing the same posing with very poor retouching, and you market yourself as “very experienced”, chances are I will choose not to work with you.

My rates are negotiable per project. At this point my TFP work is few and far between. I typically keep those shoots and projects limited to female and queer photographers I am looking to support.
