My name is Paul.  "Incorrigible Arts" is the cover for a variety of interests and activities, from writing to photography and music.

I have been a photographer for as long as I can remember (and that's a long time) but have only recently ventured into the realm of model/nude/art photography.

As I peruse the magnificent imagery on this and other sites, I have found that what really appeals to me are those images that combine elements of sexuality and passion with innocence and artistry.  I think the 'suggestive' is more evocative than the 'explicit' and that's what I try to convey with my own work.

I work out of a small studio in my home on the outskirts of Nashville that has a western exposure with a large window for natural light; It is also equipped with backdrops and strobes.  I like to work in the hour before and after sunset to take advantage of the 'golden time' and then close the curtains for body scapes and lighting experiments (like the 'pixie lights' I shot with Ayeonna).  I am also setting up a spare bedroom to do some 'boudoir' work.  As the weather warms up I'm scouting for outdoor locations in this mostly-rural area, too.

In the sessions I've shot so far, I've tried to capture a blend of mischief, vulnerability and warmth.  I think I have found the beginnings of an approach and a method of working if not an actual 'style.'  That will only evolve, from more such sessions that I am looking to schedule in the months ahead - so let's get to work!
