"     Jonathan Lennard’s career as a fashion photographer happened as fast as a cover for the Face in London, then Esquire in the US, then British Vogue in the UK, then L’Officiel in Paris. A shoot with Julia Roberts put him on the photographer’s roadmap.
Lennard did not stop with still photography. Intrigued by moving images, he has been shooting commercials around the world for brands: L’oreal, Dove, Sony and Chevrolet. A commercial for Nokia in India, with the rising actress Priyanka Chopra, opened doors all over Asia.
After 15 years living between New York and Paris, he now resides in Los Angeles. Besides his love for photography, his passion for architecture, dogs, and the ocean has flourished. He restored, curates and shoots aboard his second mistress, the Lone Ranger 2, a 60 foot luxury motor cruiser yacht, built in 1961, for the Producer of the original Lone Ranger TV series. His lifelong passion for midcentury architecture also lead him to redesign a Mid-Century Pad in Beverly Hills, which has now become a new icon of photo locations on the West Coast.
