My passion for photography began with my fascination with the black and white film process about 20 years ago. My love for this media stems from the moment of pre-visualization to the final image, which I create with the ideas of my mind, visually composed through my eyes, and made tangible with my hands. Having the ability to use my mind as a sketchpad, and control the passage of light from reality to film, or digital media, is empowering.

I enjoy sharing my vision with others for the simple purpose of exchanging ideas, telling a story, and revealing timeless beauty. As a starting point for every project, I relate my ideas to real human emotion and our ability of subliminal association. Through my envigorated art direction we can create anything the mind sees and even uncover what it might not.

I hope, after reviewing a series of my images a person will feel connected to the subject the way I feel connected to manifestation and creation of the image. Photography is not only an artform it brings an idea or memory into reality and asks us to revisit the story time and again.
