About Me

As an NASM Master Trainer, AFAA group exercise instructor, professional natural bodybuilder, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Lifestyle & Weight Management Specialist, member of Men’s Heath Fitness Council, Wellness Coach, Women’s Health Magazine Action Hero, candidate for my Doctorate, and fitness studio owner, I love to spread my passion for health and wellness. My mission is to help every BODY become the best version of themselves, hence my fitness studio’s name Every BODY’s Fit. I have traveled the world and won titles competing as a natural bodybuilder, but my true love is helping and educating those in my community as we celebrate each other’s accomplishments, embrace diversity, and work to inspire others through movement. From helping a client lose over 120 pounds, educating other trainers and completing their certification training, and voluntarily writing for the local community papers about health and wellness, I’m ready to spread my love for fitness as a model of great health.
