Chris has formal training in Photographic Arts and worked in the field for many decades before semi retiring. Currently he enjoys producing Creative Portraiture and hopes to compile his best photographs into a book. His philosophy is summed up by the following statement:

"I think a creating a good portrait involves an unspoken communication between the photographer and subject.
Creating the right photographic environment brings out the subject's expressions of human body and mind. There's no right or wrong - just a feeling of satisfaction by both parties that a special moment was captured for eternity.
The subject creates the mood and synergy and the photographer sets the stage".
