I have for many years been doing retouching and compositing images of models and other types of images for Simon Mall ads, banners and wall graphics through a local ad agency. I have also done image retouching for photographers. Simon changed to a New York ad agency, so my retouching work has slowed down to a crawl. Now I have time to get back to photography which has had to take a back seat because of life in general and my retouching career. Prior to my career in retouching I did wedding photography, but I want to go a different direction now. I have had the good fortune to do some group photo shoots with many top models. As I try to reinvent myself, Model Mayhem seems like the best way to know what models are going to be in my area as well as see their latest work and the work of other photographers.
