Leeza Marie Rubio. Miss Texas Regency International 2019 born October 3rd, 1991. She currently lives in San Antonio, Texas and was raised in El Paso, TX. She was also Miss West Texas International 2012. Miss Teen Pepsi Cola 2008. She’s been doing pageantry since the age of 12. Been modeling since the age of 8. She loves modeling and being a role model for other women. Her platform as a title holder is Children in Hospitals and woman empowerment. Being a survivor with her own health issues she gained more compassion and compelled her to help those in need. She’s been a advocate for the Children’s Providence Hospital for many years. Her ultimate goal is to spread positivity around strength. It’s a important factor in her life that has helped mold her to who she is today.
