I am a fine art photographer working with both film and digital processes. Most of my work consists of landscapes, abstracts, and figurative work. I try and photograph incongruities, sometimes as editorial or social commentary, and I frequently use irony in a visual narrative to convey those ideas. Other times, I create work that emphasizes more the visual perspective and aesthetics of the piece.

My work has been in numerous regional and national juried art exhibits. Locally, I have exhibited at 419 Artifacts, Artlore Studio, Erie Art Museum, and the former Bayfront Gallery, and exhibit regularly with Northwestern PA Artists Association, of which I am a past board member. My photographs are in the permanent collections of Erie Insurance and Mercyhurst University.

Before I collaborate with a new model, I generally meet the model in a public place to discuss some of the ideas I have, the projects I am working on, and the model’s fee. I’ll show you sample prints from my portfolio.   

You should feel free to ask me any questions related to the work, and I’ll do my best to answer them, so we both know what to expect at the photo shoot(s). If we agree to work together, we’ll make arrangements to move forward.

No particular body type required. Models must be 18 years of age or older and will need to sign a standard model release before the photographs are created.
