About Me

You are ART!  My goal is to create art that celebrates YOU!  It is so important for it to be a positive and empowering experience- I want you be so excited to show your best friends the shots.  Art that we would both be proud to see hanging in an art gallery or in a book.

My favorite photoshoots are where art, nature, and adventure intersect.  What if Ansel Adams had a muse in his photos?  From epic shoots in the Sierras to my favorite local sunset spots and waterfalls.  Natural beauty + You.  Always unique, yet timeless.

Whether it is outdoors or in the studio, my philosophy is its not about the clothes or poses- it’s about creating that authentic connection with the viewer of the photograph.

I enjoy shooting with both very experienced models and new models.  I’m comfortable with coaching poses, but more importantly, helping you get that real, relaxed, authentic vibe that doesn’t look “over modeled”.

I’m based out of Atlanta, but I will travel all over the Southeast for shoots- especially for adventurous locations!  Chattanooga and Asheville are easy drives.  Each summer I go to the Sierras in July or August.  Open to travel for photoshoots.

I'm most active and post my most recent works on IG- feel free to connect with me on there as well! Let's plan a photoshoot!

Some important tips for new models:
•    Always have a written photo release or contract that spells out terms for the shoot and how the photos can be used!  It’s important for both sides!  If it’s a TF shoot, the agreement should specify how many edits you will receive and how long it will take to get them.  I hear too many stories about photographers who send too few edits or take months to send them.
•    Never shoot with anyone who objects to you bringing a friend with you to a shoot.
•    Be wary of “published” claims.  So many of these magazines are just vanity publications (only the models and photographers in them buy them).
•    Unless you are a highly experienced traveling model- anyone offering to pay a new model in advance of the shoot is almost always doing a fake check or ID theft scam.
