Hello Everyone!
I’m a 5 year fitness professional that has made a 360 with my mind and my physical appearance. I’ve made the decision to change my life for the better after coming out of a dark spot in my life and doing so has now lead to a self loving healthy mental state. Three years ago I weighed over 250 pounds I currently model to keep myself focused on my goals and to help empower others like me to believe in yourself and stay with your goals.
