José António Marques has been photographing since childhood following in the footsteps of his father, a professional photographer who has died. With him he learned the various techniques of analog photography and laboratory of the time.
In the recent past, José António Marques, decided to make an up-grade of the new digital technologies, having finished the Professional Post-Work Photography Course of 18 months at IPF-Portuguese Institute of Photography.
Currently, José António Marques does Fashion Photography, Books, Portrait, Boudoir, Sensual, Art Nude, Events, Shows, Ceremonies, Photojournalism, Architecture, Interiors and Product Photo.
He and his wife, who is a professional make-up artist, run a 100 m2 Photographic Studio located in Alta de Lisboa, Santa Clara parish, Visage Studio / Photo & Make Up, where they perform all kinds of Photo Sessions and Make- Up.
