I began studying photography in 2005 at Cal State Long Beach focusing on film and the dark room, evolving into digital shooting headshots for actors in 2011, and then became dedicated to underwater photography in 2014. Over the last 2 years, I’ve been applying more of my life experiences to every style portraiture. It starts with creating an image around the essence around my clients; carefully crafting a shot using cinematic lighting techniques in any environment, employing acting exercises, and basic yet effective posing to make my clients look and feel their best. The goal? To capture a glimpse of each persons unique story in every shot. Working with me (ive been told) is not just a photoshoot, it's an energetic portraiture experience.

For the last year I’ve also been pushing myself with more portfolio shoots, thinking creatively outside the box and also teaching other photographers my techniques for capturing unique images. Hence why I’m here, to find more talent to do more with the MUA’s I’ve been collaborating with.

Currently, I’m a professional full time paid fireman, but as my photography business grows, I’m slowly edging towards an early retirement with photography being my only profession.
