In order to make sure everything go smoothly without the use of agencies or management, I do require all details in writing to proceed with any bookings. This is For both parties involved to easily reference all details, as well to make sure we are both serious and on the same page. When details are shared over the phone, things can be forgotten or changed having no mutual reference point. For smooth scheduling...I consider a shoot confirmed and hold that date and time for you when i have the following:
-date
-time
-address
-contact number
-pay rate
-shoot length
-shoot style/type
.....pretty standard details to make a shoot actually happen 😉
