Back in late 2016, I was diagnosed with Bipolar and struggled tremendously with my mental health, and suffered with depression and low self esteem.

However, I have overcome my demons now and what was once my weakness, has now become my strength and has empowered me to embark on a new path in life.

I came out last year and began living a life true to myself, I am also campaigning for positive change to UK mental health care. Currently, I travel the UK spreading a message of “peace, love & positive vibes” whilst raising awareness to the mental health crisis that exists in the UK.

I have developed a newfound love of being creative, modelling and photography are two creative outlets that interest me and I love to be able to work with some more photographers to create some interesting photos.

I’ve recently done some photo shoots and have had positive feedback, so am using the photos to get my message out there on Instagram to a wider audience using this social media platform whilst trying to empower others, who have have also struggled with their mental health.
