I am an avid photographer, self-taught and have won numerous awards through competitions entered, on Viewbug and GuruShots, as nominated by my peers.

I was approached to be published in CANON’S online Photography Magazine, November 2017 edition, http://clickmagazine.co.za/flipbook/Click79/click_79.pdf which was a tremendous accolade. Once again, I was again contacted by Canon to be featured in their on-line and hard copy “Click Magazine” 100th Edition, published in August 2019. http://clickmagazine.co.za/flipbook/Click100/index.html

Have had some of my images published in our local newspapers, Front Page, and featured in “Happy Tails” Magazine, which can be seen on Face Book, https://www.facebook.com/page/729755427145091/search/?q=alan%20baxter%20photography in the first week of August 2019 on a pet shoot I did.

I have also done numerous shoots with “Dancers Love Dogs” see “Facebook” https://www.facebook.com/DancersLoveDogs who are an NPO consisting of Ballet dancers from Artscape and Baxter Theatres, doing work for abandon dogs”

I am also a certified member of SA Photographers.com.
