My name is James, and I’ve been shooting people, places, and things for over 30 years. I caught the shutterbug at an early age, and have no desire for a cure.

I had primarily been a landscape and wildlife photographer. but have branched out and begun working with models and events for the last few years.

I try to make some sort of artistic expression in every photo I take, and try my best to use the light available in as pleasing a way as possible. Sometimes that’s emphasizing shadow and flat light, sometimes that playing in the sunshine and contrast. I love outdoor photography and portraiture, and endeavor to paint you in the best light possible. That's all any photog can promise.

I am in the process of relocating to Indianapolis, but still spend a considerable amount of time in the Portland/Seattle area. Looking for new models, MUAs, stylists and fashion designers in the Indianapolis area to work with in the near future.
