I am a portrait and figure artist in Hillsdale, MI. I'm always in need of models for projects I'm working on but have a hard time finding models so thought I'd try MM. I have a studio in a public location and always arrange to have a female assistant present when working with female models.

My artwork is done in a contemporary realistic style. I mostly do oil painting and pencil or charcoal drawing.

The artwork I do/want to do is based around challenging the way people think. This includes spiritual themes, themes about society, themes about beauty. I'm always seeking truth and sharing that through my art.

I'm looking for models who are creative and willing to try things to really be a part of the art. I prefer working with models who will hold poses for hours (with breaks) as I paint or draw. The art comes out much better this way. I can also work from photos if necessary and so in this case it would be a photoshoot for reference photos that I can work from. I have need for models who will pose costumed as well as nude. I have some drawing groups I am a part of where we have need for nude models so that is another possibility. All sessions are paid.
