So how did I become a photographer? That's a great question. In 2008, a few weeks after my wife and I got married, I snuck off one evening with our wedding money to by our first DSLR Camera. She was so mad when I showed her the camera with a big smile on my face but in time that sneaky move I pulled turned out to be one of the greatest investments we ever made. That camera was an open door to a new world. A world where memories are preserved one frame at a time. That camera helped to preserve memories of our first days together as a married couple, then the birth of our three children and many, many more memories that would be too long to list here. My wife and I look back at that crazy decision I made to buy that camera and realize that it was money well spent. That whole experience showed me that you have to take chances because when you don't, you run the risk of forfeiting a brighter future that could only have come from taking a chance. So in a nutshell, that is how I became a photographer.
