While I have had works sold, displayed, and published, I am actually an amatuer artist. I prefer to paint those things which I find interesting and fun: if they sell, fine, but I do not seek to suit my work to any market. My genres have included history, fantasy, nudes, portraits (mostly of animals), and sequential art. I enjoy working with models to provide reference photographs for paintings, often in full or partial costume, to suit the subject. I am currently working on a series of military themed nudes covering various times and cultures from around the world.
