With a B.S. in Kinesiology and nutrition, Alexandre has spent the last decade educating others on the meaning of fitness, health and connecting those to a healthy mind. In 2017 he launched his first book "Fitting In - The Mask of Health" to bring awareness to how society views health. Him and his fiance currently own MODEVO FITNESS and train all their clients out of there.
