I am hard working, animal loving, gym owner. Fitness and helping others achieve confidence in themselves are huge passions of mine. At my gym, Studio S, I strive to guide my clientele down a path of healthy living through motivation, strong relationships, and intense workouts. In order to reach more people looking for a true workout made for real people, I published a DVD to help those outside my local gym. My goal is to help as many people as possible reach their goals and dreams through a healthy lifestyle.. Not only do I love to help people in the gym, but I went in with a friend to start an animal rescue. We have saved over 300 dogs in just a couple of years. I always have a litter of puppies at my gym that I care for until they are placed in their forever homes. We partnered with a rescue up north and they have been wonderful for us because they help find them homes while we nurse them back to health. I also am the director of Special Olympics in the Delta Region. Every year, I put on a event for special needs people and we have track and field events. It's truly one of the most amazing things I've ever been apart of.
