About Me

I am an elite sports performance coach and couldn't be more grateful that I am able to do something I absolutely love every day. I've been a trainer for 20 years and have worked with an extremely vast spectrum of individuals from children to professional athletes. I cater to all aspects of health and performance including physiology and biomechanics. I also practice what i preach within my own lifestyle and very much appreciate the role i have as an inspiration to others.
