I have been pursing professional photography for almost 3 years now and looking to further build my portfolio and proficiency. Working with models just makes everything so much easier as they are comfortable with the camera, know how to pose, and know how to dress for the shoot. I just need to fine tune the look and concentrate on how to best light it. My goal is to move into wedding and portrait photography as a full time career but feel like I need a bit more experience working on the fly with locations and lighting. I love to work with models who know what kind of look and location they envision. My vision has also been to take my studio anywhere so I am quite portable. With Model Mayhem I love the thought that both photographer and model work together to create a work of art. Basically, we are helping each other to succeed. I love that type of synergy. There isn't the same pressure that comes with a paying client. For me, it is a safe place to hone my craft while providing quality images for the model.
