I am a retired college professor, who has become hobbyist photographer. Besides grandchildren, my usual subjects are in my yard (butterfly, flowers, insects). Also sunsets (not a morning person), especially at the beach, and some landscapes when I visit family in California and Colorado. I've dabbled in macro (insects and flowers), water droplets, fireworks, bodyscaping, and home studio (models with tattoos). My current cameras are a Canon Rebel XSi and an Olympus Stylus TG-4 (for macro and underwater). For post processing, I use Lightroom Classic CC, On1Raw 2019, and am just learning Portrait Pro Studio. I have taken several online photo courses, most recently on portraiture and boudoir. I've also upgraded by studio lighting by buying two wireless Flashpoint eVOLV 200 flash units. I have the usual light stands, reflectors, soft box, an beauty dish. Now I just need more practice to create better and beautiful images! I recently shot two different models for head shots and boudoir. I'm still trying to get better. I do this as a hobby, not for commercial purposes.
