I have been a registered nurse working with premature babies most of my career. As a result, I was able to move my family here from Cape Town, South Africa, when I was recruited by a nursing agency. Worked in Sacramento at a local hospital for 15 years and raised my 2 kids, now both married. I speak English, Afrikaans, Dutch and some German. Still have a bit of an accent that is often been mistaken as Australian or English, which makes me different, with my background, growing up in another country and with a very diverse culture. My interest in the world of acting/modeling piqued my interest and I started to read up about the possibilities for a woman my age in the modeling world. I was pleasantly surprised that there is quite a demand for mature models.
It would be an honor for me to be able to do something that I have such a keen interest in and came to like to my surprise after years of being on a very strict work schedule of three to four 12 hour shifts every week.
I am very comfortable in my skin, and open to all types of photography. I like modern or classic, timeless and artistic nudes. Also interested in editorial and street looks.
I am not shy, but please, I ask to be respected while I am naked in front of your lens. There always is the anticipation of creating artistry while being in the nude and vulnerable.
I have worked with some very gifted artists and photographers since I started on this journey less than a year ago and working with them exceeded my expectations.
So let us continue to do so.
