About Me

I am a 32 year old Mom, powerlifter, NPC bikini 1st place winner and National qualifier, coach and aspiring fitness model. I took 1st place in my first ever NPC bikini competition. I have always been athletic but really found my passion for fitness and modeling in the recent years. After having kids I thought I'd never get my body back. I am now in the best shape of my life and want to share my story with women to inspire them to take that step, make that change and never give up on their dreams!
