About Me

*EDIT*
I now have shoulder length hair and braces smile

I’m now living in my hometown of Oakland, CA  again and am slowly setting up shoots. I am available to travel for shoots throughout The Bay Area. I also travel for work and will occasionally post travel notices for cities throughout the States.
I have been a freelance model for about 7 years now and am very comfortable in front of the camera, be it nude, body painted or with clothes on smile. My roots of modeling began with Bodypaint and from there has spread to other genres of photography and creative, artistic shoots. I also thoroughly enjoy sitting for artists as an art model- I am able to sit still for up to an hour.

I can bring my own wardrobe - based on what your concept is, I have many options of lingerie, dresses and costume wear. I can also do my own hair and makeup - based on your concept. With that said, please know that I am more than happy use your wardrobe, stylist, hair and makeup artists if available.

I’m extremely punctual, professional and easy to work with. smile. I enjoy making the shoot fun and lighthearted. I can take direction well but most definitely know my poses and angles.

If interested in working with me, please send me a letter here and I will reply as soon as I can with my rates. Also please note what days of the week are best for you to shoot - I travel for a living and have found it to be easier to work around the photographers availability. smile

* if this is regarding a time sensitive project of yours that you’d like me to be a part of, please make that the subject line smile

Blessings,
Marisol

"In my long Photography journey I have worked with great people, Marisol is without any doubt one of the greatest persons I have worked with, her skill in front of the camera allows you to compose different frames and she gives organically great natural yet innovative poses. Her look is amazing, she follows direction very well and most importantly she absorbs the idea of the photographic concept and brings it to live. More than a subject she is a collaborator and a fantastic person." Read less

"Marisol is wonderful to work with. She's friendly and professional, comfortable in front of the camera. She is totally game for improvising on the spot, which is how I mostly work. However, we are currently planning a shoot to make a picture I've wanting to make for a couple of years and I can't wait to finally make it. I love the work we've done together." Read less
