My passion for photography grew from my experience in advertising. Having spent countless hours on sets with other professionals, colleagues and clients, I discovered a need to express my own vision.

Taking advantage of the creative energy and talent Portland has in abundance, I have been able to establish a portfolio of work that I am truly proud of. Whether they are product-related, people-centric or personal, I strive to develop images that land with impact and are hard to soon forget.

While I am not currently taking professional assignments, I continue to pursue projects that have a commercial quality to them. I don't just want to capture a "pretty" picture. I want to create images that have a point of focus, a point of view, and wherever possible, drive to a point-of-purchase. In today's image-rich media environment, moving beyond the "like" to encourage a deeper engagement is, to me, the ultimate validation of the work
