Hello !

My name is Taylor Downes and I've been in love with the art of makeup ever since I started wearing it as a young teenager. Artistry runs in my family, I started devoting a lot of my time to drawing, mostly portraits, from as far back as I can remember. My perfectionist qualities and attention to detail lead me to my devotion to the makeup industry. I currently work in Toronto and my knowledge and experience in the industry continues to grow. Ive been blessed enough to have worked on set with talented actors, tv personalities and models. I've traveled and assisted makeup for the last three covers of Wedluxe Magazine, the number one bridal magazine in Canada. I love all of the different ways makeup can be expressed and created, but my love lies in the beauty and editorial world.
