Prior to pursuing photography, I obtained a MFA in Film from Columbia University, New York City with an emphasis in Screenwriting.  Movies, rather than photography, Probably has been the greatest influence on my work, especially films from the 1930s to the 1960s. 

I look for models that not only have a great look, but who also demonstrate  a willingness, openness and enthusiasm to achieve great images.  I am very interested in bringing the interior life to the surface.
