Who is Ashley Garro? What has she done? What does she want to be? What makes her happier?
Goals are my priority in life. I am not only talking about hobbies, but professional and healthy related as well. I was born in Dallas-Texas, but I grew up in another wonderful country called Costa Rica. There, I accomplished my highschool, technician in Architectural Drawing, and few courses in programs related with Architecture (AutoCAD for example). As a matter of fact, my first language became Spanish.
I decided to come to Orlando almost 3yrs ago, so I could stat working in my college degree here. I am basically done with my AA Degree - Health Sciences, and looking forward to accomplish my career goal at UCF (which is to become an Pediatric anesthesiologist). Yes I know, Architecture and Health Sciences do not have much to do to each other, but starting earlier to study it made me realize what I really wanted to be. Besides my academic path, I have been starting with the modeling pathway. It has always caught my attention, but I had never had the courage to try it until NOW. It now makes me build self confidence, and desires of being better in each photoshoot, interview, runway or any other related fact. As a beginner, I am excited to learn new material within this huge world of modeling. It makes me anxious just knowing how much a person like me can improve the skills by sharing time, experiences, or anectodes with professional workers who want not only work with me but also teach beginners like me.
In my 21yrs of life, I guess I have smiled them all. My day would not be a good day if I do not smile at something. I love to smile, and even more when I can help others to be as happy as I am. No matter how bad a situation is, there is always chance for a smile, and with it comes the good news. Also, I like to do sports. Roller skating, running, and going to the gym are some of my favorites. When I am not studying or working, I am certainly in a place doing exercises.
To sum up, Ashley Garro is just a woman who, with perseverance and smiling at any situation, wants to achieve her goal of modeling. I believe no one can start in high positions. It is the reason of why everyone should be as humble as possible, to create a firm and agradable foundation in any career. That is me, and that is what I want to be.
