Shooting with the 30 megapixel Canon 5D Mark IV and various L class lenses. Before this I was using a Canon 5d3, Canon 7d and before that a couple of Canons I cannot recall. Originally shooting on film with an Olympus OM1N back in the day. I have had pictures printed in the Local paper ,Plymouth Herald on about 70 occasions and have had pictures printed nationally in Photography for beginners magazine, Amateur Photographer magazine and World of Animals magazine.. Also I have had a picture centrefold in a University wildlife Mockup magazine. I have a picture of Lopwell dam, on Dartmoor on the South West lakes and trusts website and my work has been used on The Palace Theatre restoration website. I have Wedding photography experience and have done PACK shots ( product photography ) for clients using a Desktop studio and daylight bulbs. I have also shot a scene for a Theatre production poster . I have a portable studio and off camera Radio controlled flash.

As well as the " standard fare " I am a passionate photographer and try to find the " unique " and unusual angle in a subject. I am competent in adobe aftereffects and Photoshop to occasionaly enhance, alter an image and also experiment with HDR but never to the detriment of the picture. I shoot sports events, wildlife, portraits ( have a dedicated 85mm f1.8 portrait lens), landscapes, macro photography with dedicated macro lens, fine art and have shot theatre productions in challenging lighting situations. Mostly I leave my acquisitions " untouched" only using Lightroom to enhance colour, shapness, exposure etc.
As a full time serious hobbyist and with a considerable portfolio under my belt my level of experience now is such that I concentrate on collaboration/TFF work.
