I’ve lived in Dearborn for all 23 years of my life surrounded by Detroit’s amazing artists and it’s done nothing but push me to be a part of the creativity. Growing up on the taller side of most females with a lean build was embarrassing. I was mostly legs and arms and it was a joke to everyone else. Then I learned about modeling. I’ve followed ANTM and all of these runway shows and I’ve been haunted by the “what if” ever since I was young and after years and years of contemplating, I decided to listen to the “you should model” remarks and someone guided me to this site. I came to model mayhem in hopes to get in touch with people willing to work with me and the artistic images I see in my head and bring them to life with their touch and also to get more comfortable with stepping out of my shell. As a model, my most comfortable type of shoots have a grungy/tomboy/city feel however, I’m more than willing to adjust to meet the needs of the photographer and step out of my zone to work with others (I do feel that I clean up well!). My style varies. One day, I could be dressed in jeans, boots, a SnapBack and a baggy T-shirt and others, it’s black lace, red lips, dresses, and heels. So that being said, I’m VERY flexible with fashion. Being a part of this community would help me expand and open up and finally get my foot in the door that I had trouble finding for so many years. I work as a bartender and a vet assistant so I’m always busy but I promise I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
