Just a friendly reminder that DC Fashion Week will hold its model call this Sunday, August 8, 2010 at the Crystal City Doubletree Hotel. The address is 300 Army Navy Drive, Arlington, VA 22202. We will meet in the Lincoln room which is located in the lower lobby of the hotel. Designers will have the opportunity to see what new model talent is registering for fashion week as well as pre-select models for their collections.
The model call will last at least two hours so be prepared to stay if you desire to see all of the talent. You should arrive no later than 12:45 pm.We will gather the models in and then allow each designer to briefly introduce themselves and talk about their collection. There is room at the judges table for designers only. Designer assistants may sit in the audience.
Please note that film crews as well as some members of the press will be present at the model call.
