My name is Benjamin Mills.
I am a model to inspire others to be tenacious and practice self-discovery.
In my life I have transformed my look and build several times over. Along that journey I lost several hundred pounds, became a powerlifter, rugby player, high-intensity athlete, and now yogi and functional body-movement coach and nutrition expert.
