Greetings fellow participants in Mayhem, let me share a story with you
Once upon a time there was a young girl who wanted to model, she was slender and pretty and photographed well but life seemed to keep getting in her way and prevented her from taking the chances on it she wanted to take. Just about when it seemed the time would be right she felt all her chances come crashing down with a Type 1 Diabetes diagnosis that made her gain weight out of the proportions of professional modeling.
She was a realist, she knew that probably wouldn't be an achievable dream for her anymore so she focused on other outlets like acting and costuming alongside the martial arts and polynesian dancing she already practiced.
Maybe she cant be the kind of model she wanted to be, but just because her story doesn't necessarily live happily ever after at least she's living to see the after.
