My name is Melanie Helms. I currently reside in Richmond, Virginia and have been doing photography now on and off for about 5 years. I have two beautiful girls who put up with me and let me take their photos. I learned a lot in my beginning by practicing on them. haha. They are my pride and joy!

I picked up photography as a hobby like most, and throughout the years of exploring what style I enjoyed, I came to learn the trade and found my biggest interest in fashion and portraiture work. Featured in a variety of alternative, pin up and fashion magazines over the years, I'd like to say my style can be versatile.

I enjoy life, it's adventures and the people I have met throughout it. Its given me a new outlook with each experience. Sincere thanks goes out to all those who have helped me along the road in some way, shape and form. Thank you.
