While I enjoy taking photos of everything, I'm first and foremost a portrait photographer. I especially love how a camera can capture a subject's personality and interplay between that subject and the environment.

I'm also an unapologetic Lightroom and Photoshop user -- it's wonderful when photos look great straight out of the camera, but today with software, we can make them so much more interesting and unique. I try to take advantage of that as much as possible.

I'm based in New York City and love how it enables me to take beautiful portraits against the backdrop of the gritty city.
