About Me

MIG WORKS images are photo manipulations. All begin with a studio shot of the model on seamless backdrop.

I started shooting with models in 2006. When I retired from the real world in 2012, I began to focus more on learning compositing and painting techniques. No MIG WORKS image is ever really a photograph, in that the only element from the original photograph is the extracted model.

Experimenting with various styles, I sometimes overlay textures or patterns over nudes to create garments, painterly or body paint looks.

cubicmicron collaborated with a good chunk of knee and the grill of a rusty truck to create MIG WORKS in 2017.
