Greetings, I am Grace Kavadlo, a fitness writer, model and trainer featured in several published books including Convict Conditioning 3: Explosive Calisthenics, Strength Rules, Zen Mind, Strong Body and in several fitness websites such as Shape, Girls Gone Strong, Dragondoor and Bodybuilding.com.

Al Kavadlo, my husband, is a world-renown workshop presenter, YouTube personality with over 50k subscribers, published author of several books including, Pushing the Limits, Raising the Bar, Get Strong, Street Workout and Stretching Your Boundaries, regular contributor to major fitness sites like GMB Fitness, Bodybuilding.com, T-Nation and more.

We are a happily married fitness duo who specialize in Progressive Calisthenics (human flags, advanced pull-ups, squats, and hand-balancing), Yoga and Acro Yoga. We are always looking for photographers who are interested in capturing us working out and performing feats of strength all over New York City.
A lot of these photos have the potential to be featured on major fitness sites, in published books and blog posts. We prefer to do photo shoots together and happy to TFP. We are also very open to suggestions on artistic perspectives on all the movements and poses we perform.
