Hello There,

i was actually recommended by a prospective model i shot who uses you. i unfortunately dont know her information and I am not able to search here. I am not too new to photography but i do not consider myself a professional either. I have had a passion for this since i was a child. I used to steal the camera and shoot till the batteries were drained, so you can imagine the excitement i got when at 16, my parents got me my very first camera. I now had my own, no more stealing. Since then, i have been the unofficial "Official Photographer" of the family. I have covered everything from weddings to funerals, from my car to my dog, done shoots for friends and aquuintances to make their portfolio and now finally here we are. i have been shooting for over 16 years, and now am considering making this a business venture. After all, what good is a talent if it wont bring me any gain?

Just recently i was asked to shoot an up and coming model - and it made me realize that i could have more fun in this. I also realized that i can actually make something out of this, and supplement my income. I am now familiarizing myself with the industry, and have been told that this would be the best place to showcase my material, get great and constructive criticism as well as have access to models and other photographer material easily. I was also advised, and have already checked out your edu section - which i hope to utilize a lot.

I am no professional photographer, but i have an eye for things and like to capture that which i can see so that others might be able to look at life through my lens (literally). Please accept my humble request to join your community. I might not have much to show for it now, but i am sure eager to learn a lot and grow from here.
