Paul Hudson earned his BFA and MFA degrees at the Savannah College of Art and Design. He began his career as a Walt Disney Imagineer, designing characters, future habitats, environments and vehicles for the Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow. He worked alongside astronauts and engineers on the design of the International Space Station for Boeing Aerospace, where his conceptual design work earned him the Wernher Von Braun Award for National Excellence. Fascinated by the Master craftsmen of the Renaissance, he continued his education at the Florence Academy of Art and the Academy of Classical Design. He is now a permanent faculty at the Alberta College of Art and Design.
