About Me

Regan has been the owner of F.I.T.by Regan LLC for 13 years. She personally trains clients in their homes, teaching them to live a healthier, happier lifestyle. She is the owner of MECKKA Dance Project a National champion dance team and dance training studio. Regan lives in Kingwood, TX. Regan is the current America's Most Perfect Woman 2022. She was also awarded "Most Beautiful" at the Mrs. World's Perfect pageant. She and her daughters took home America's Most Perfect mother/daughter 2022 at the same pageant. Regan was 2nd runner up in the Mrs. Texas USA pageant 2016 and 2nd runner up in Mrs. USOA Texas pageant 2018. She is an elite marathon runner who strives to inspire people to become active.
Additionally, Regan enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering in her community, hosting events and doing anything physical.
