About Me

I left my career as a network engineer after working for AT&T for 14 years. I knew I wanted to help people, and I chose the Health and Fitness industry because I had my own transformation not just physically (40lbs lost), but mentally and emotionally as well. I am a part owner of 5 Elements MMA and Fitness in Costa Mesa www.combatcostamesa.com with my cousin and I coach and train others who are looking more than to just workout.

I had done 3 physique competitions and placed in each one. I also did a modeling show with Fitness Star International and have a contract with Fitness Star Agency www.fitnessstarnetwork/mikebangnguyen
