Hello!!

My name is Valerie -- I am a visual story-teller + creator. I spend my time either behind a camera or creating beautfiul visuals, while art directing, usually surrounding lifestyle, food or folage. I both freelance and create conent for my personal lifestyle company, The Eternal Child, that I found in 2014. I created The Eternal Child as an outlet to share with the world the kind of life that brings happiness to me.  It has grown over the past 3 years,
as have I, and now find it to be an expanding lifestyle company with big changes on the way.   I now work --- both creative directing and creating content for The Eternal Child, along with working as a freelance Lifestyle, Commercial and Still Life Photographer - Creative Director and Stylist.  Most of my work is completely conceptualize, art directed, graphic designed,  
styled and then photographed by myself.  I know that is a hefty list-- but these days, being an artist is a multi- faceted life.  
 
I used to think I just wanted to be a photographer -- then I realized I had so much more to share. Working in lifestyle, with food and the outdoors has not only become my life, but my greatest muse. I now know myself to be a Story-teller -- as I hope what with every image, atmosphere or dish --  I can evoke a sense of emotion and inspire in others to create beauty out of the palms
of their hands.
