Jessica S. Bruce is a professional make-up artist serving clientele in Washington, DC and Los Angeles, CA. She discovered her passion in makeup artistry when she had to wear stage makeup for musical performances and assisted other actors to apply their makeup. Fascinated by the subtle changes using color, she was eager to learn more about different make-up products and how they enhance one’s natural beauty.

Jessica graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and is multilingual in Spanish, Italian, and French. Since graduating in 2011, she spent the next few years working in global logistics with clients all over the world followed by retail beauty. She was sent to New York City to train as a beauty advisor where she rediscovered her love in make-up application. In 2015, she decided to fully invest in her own freelance make-up business and began working full time with photographers specializing in bridal, boudoir and styled beauty shoots. Her work has been published in several magazines and recognized on several social media features.

In November 2016, Jessica decided to take her make-up career to the next level by moving to Los Angeles and completing the Master Program at Make-up Designory. This program provides professional education in all aspects of beauty make-up for multimedia, hairstyling, and creating full characters using special effects.

With the completion of the program, Jessica will open her own beauty/photography studio creating custom looks to show her client’s individual beauty giving them confidence for any occasion.
